My shoulders, neck, and face have never felt better. Four hours after my appointment , I still feel the positive muscle relaxation. I put down the stigma of a man going to get a facial. . This was a gift from my sister. I will return. Adriana was the woman that took care of me.

Lydia worked “the crunchies” out of my feet and my hands, something we haven't done in earnest before. She also found that the muscles in my abdomen might need attention, so we'll explore that further in upcoming sessions. NOTE: Lydia shared that she now has her certification in stretching (I didn't know there was such a thing), so if you could benefit from safe, effective, expert stretches, specially customized for your needs, let her know!
