She made me feel at ease throughout and offered helpful advice along the way. The salon was clean, calm and relaxing, making the whole experience really enjoyable. I'm so happy 😭 Lily got me from a dirty, sandy blonde with plenty of dark roots to a beautiful light blonde which is exactly what I wanted !
