Hayley explained everything in great detail before the procedure and was really thorough about what it entailed. We had a discussion about what i was hoping to achieve and Hayley talked me through it all. She was very gentle, careful and let me know what was happening as she went along. I had the most Incredible facial. Everything about it was perfect and an hour of complete relaxation. My face feels instantly revived and fresh. The Derma plane felt great and the results were fantastic. I'd definitely recommend others treating themselves to this.
