Najla was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain every step of the process in detail, making sure I understood what she was doing and why. She was very honest about what my hair needed and set realistic expectations, which I really appreciated. My hair had been through a lot from multiple box dyes and repeated bleaching, and I was worried it couldn’t be fixed. Thanks to Najla’s expertise, my hair looks and feels so much healthier. The transformation was truly a game changer, and I couldn’t be happier with the result

I just moved into the neighbourhood and I was looking for a new salon. I saw some reviews regarding the salon and about Cathy so it encouraged me to make an appointment. Cathy was amazing, she cut and styled my hair and I love it. I am always worried about getting my hair cut but I was really relaxed and didn't stress.
