Alyson's room is wonderful; calm and welcoming, as is she. I booked in for the Zone Lift Facial which was amazing. Once I was settled on the couch, I experienced the most amazing treatment. Cleanse, exfoliation, cleansing sage, crystals, gua-sha, hands on, ending with a mask (and foot reflexology whilst the mask was working its magic) It was just what the doctor ordered and I am now saving my pennies so I can experience one of her Goddess rituals. Thoroughly recommend

Great experience with Alyson. Very relaxing and spiritual. Facial reflexology definitely helped my sinus pains and skin feels much better. I struggle to fully relax on treatments but Alyson managed to put me into right mode with her gentle moves. Foot reflexology big pleasure.Definitely will go again and recommend her place to my friends. Good idea for Christmas and birthday presents for myself and others.

I met the lovely Alyson yesterday, she was so friendly and welcoming, I had a hour of complete relaxation having reflexology. I was really in need of some serious relaxation when I went to see Alyson this afternoon. I was not disappointed, as that it is exactly what I got. I came away feeling much better, and able to face the rest of my day. Can really recommend Reflexology By The Sea, if like me, you need to calm down., and leave your problems outside the door! Very relaxing in a calming atmosphere. The reflexology was carried out by a very friendly, caring and competent lady who puts you at your ease straightaway. Can really recommend this experience, to quieten ones thoughts, and to refresh the body before reluctantly returning to the hustle and bustle of daily life. An oasis of tranquility!
