Wow! Jane’s treatments are out of this world!!! My massage tonight was such a beautiful and holistic experience, combining hot stones, a luxurious facial, reiki healing and reflexology - I feel like a completely different person. I've just come home from my first appointment with Joanne. She made me feel so comfortable and explained reflexology to me, so I knew what was happening. I feel incredibly relaxed. A peaceful way to start the summer holidays as a teacher.

I have been going to Jane for treatments for a number of years and she is completely amazing. The whole treatment is always the most relaxed I ever feel as I find it hard to switch off. I would highly recommend Jane for any massage, reiki, reflexology or facial as you really won’t find better.

Rachael was absolutely 1st class. I was nervous to have a lymphatic drainage massage after several surgeries and having lymphedema in my arm for many years. I shouldn't have been nervous! I completed the form and Rachael had looked into the surgeries I have had and adapted my treatment accordingly. I trusted her from the moment I walked in, as her persona just puts you at ease. She took the time to talk afterwards and pass on her knowledge with techniques I can use at home. Ive rebooked to go back again & im looking forward to it already. Thank you. Xx

I was lucky enough to win a competition for a free full body massage & upgraded to include reflexology too. So glad I did! Jo was amazing from the first messages right through to the treatment itself. She made me feel completely at ease and so comfortable, like I’d known her for years. The massage was wonderful and the reflexology was incredible. Such a lovely, relaxing experience from start to finish. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed and already wanting to book again 💕

Rachel is an extremely talented and gifted therapist. She’s able to apply different pressures and techniques depending upon your needs and what you are comfortable with. My right knee was extremely painful due to degenerative osteoarthritis “ and a whole lot of gardening. I needed firm manipulation of the joints and fairly firm pressure to get all the limp and facia moving. Went in limping came out after an extended appointment relief and not stiff. This is my choice of medicine instead of prescription pain relief, will be ongoing therapy but it’s better for my gut bio. Thank you Rachel 🙏

My first treatment with Jo, and it is honestly up there with the best treatments I have had. The reflexology was absolutely amazing. Jo has such a natural way of working with the body, and you can tell her intent and passion for what she does shines through. Jane is absolutely fantastic at what she does. She makes you leave feeling like you are on top of a cloud. The special touches mean so much, and she looks after your every need. I’ve never felt so relaxed in my life. It really re sets my system going for a treatment at therapy and flow, and it makes me realise I really need it once in a while.
