She takes so much care and precision in what she does which shows in her work - she truly is the best in the game! The studio is gorgeous and her energy makes every appointment fun. What a lovely morning. Fantastic make up for all our wedding party by Charl, we all loved it. Our bride and flower girls hair was amazing. We would definitely go back if we were in and around Redditch again. Our whole appointment was arranged remotely and was just perfect. Thank you so much

To all the brow girls out there….. honestly no need to look any further than the one and only, Elle. The care and attention to detail to each and every one of her clients is unmatched, she takes so much pride in her profession and it shows in her results. I am very specific in how I want my brows…. And she never misses a beat. If you are unsure as to what you want, then she will advise, talk you through the process and map your shape that is perfect for your face. I had a hydrofacial with Olivia and she was brilliant. She was so gentle and left my skin feeling so nice and glowing. She made me feel comfortable and was so lovely and friendly. I will definitely be going back again!

Jo is one of the loveliest and caring people you will meet. She truly cares about her clients. She makes you feel relaxed and pampered. Went for a laser hair removal treatment. The ladies are very friendly and very careful with the safety, effectiveness and aftercare for the procedure. Would heartily recommend.

All I can say is that she is amazing, done my daughter’s hair and makeup for prom. Not only did she look stunning. Her hair and make-up lasted the entire night, (bearing in mind it was the hottest night of the year). She is absolutely amazing.
