My mother-in-law was treated to an Indian Head Massage with Melissa. She came out beaming & stated it was the most relaxing experience ever. I had the most relaxing 90 minutes with Sadi and could not fault my experience. She asked the right questions to begin with and made me feel at ease, and targeted the right spots during my massage. Absolute bliss. Will definitely be returning and would recommend to others!

What a wonderful start to my birthday this morning. A real treat, Indian Head Massage followed by a Relaxation massage. I felt so relaxed I almost fell asleep! The setting was very calm and the oils smelt divine. Sadi you were amazing, thankyou so much! Will definitely be booking again ✨

As a carer for my disabled daughter I very rarely get time to fully switch off and do something just for me. I had my first Japanese head spa with Jasmine last week and it definitely won't be my last! From the moment you walk in the building the space is so calming, well thought out and beautifully decorated. Jasmine is a wonderful, gentle soul and the actual treatment itself is fabulous. I really recommend splashing out and adding the facial, my skin hasn't looked this good in years and I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed, just the reset my nervous system needed!

Great first sports massage at Nova. Sadi was very knowledgeable and got straight to work on my problem areas, identifying the issues quickly and talking me through them. Setup is quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend.

Absolutely incredible massage and reiki. I was having terrible headaches which was why I booked the appointment and it relieved them immediately and I felt so much better. Will be back again soon!

Me and my Mum both had a luxury japanese head spa and reiki ritual and were so impressed with both treatments. Extremely relaxing and the treatment rooms were beautifully decorated to create the perfect atmosphere to unwind. Will definitely come back.
