I had my laser hair removal appointment today and had a great experience. Susha was very friendly, professional, and welcoming. I was curious about the face analysis machine, and she kindly offered to do a complimentary skin analysis for me. She briefly explained the results and answered my questions in a clear and helpful way. I really appreciated her time, knowledge, and excellent customer service. I can’t recommend Sian enough! She does all of my waxing, and the results are always amazing. She’s so professional, friendly, and makes you feel completely at ease from start to finish. Sian always makes me feel really relaxed and comfortable, which is no small thing when you’re having an intimate wax,full leg wax and under arm .She’s so friendly and easy to chat to, which instantly puts you at ease. Her professionalism really stands out — everything is done with care and attention to detail, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients’ experience. I always leave feeling well looked after and really happy with the results. Honestly, I can’t recommend her enough!

When I went there location was easy to find place was nicely decorated Sumina was warm person and she welcomed me so warmly and she was really friendly after doing my treatment I am feeling more energetic and fresh the skin changes will take more time I know I only had two sessions I will keep going regularly but overall my experience is going really good ❤️❤️
