I’ve just had the most amazing experience with Lucy this evening. Rossella has been amazing through my whole laser experience. Even though sometimes it was a little painful she always made sure I was ok and checking in on me all the time. After a few times she got to know what was best for me and I really appreciated that. It’s been a great experience having her do the course of laser treatments and I would come back and see her again. Thank you

10/10 experience! I had my first microneedling appointment this week and I can honestly say it felt like an electric toothbrush gently moving over my skin. I was unsure what to expect, but Lucy talked me through the process as it was happening, which I really appreciated. She always makes me feel at ease and relaxed when I visit. I have been coming to Lucy for over a year now and would trust no one else when it comes to my skincare.
