This was my third time experiencing contrast therapy, but my first visit to Sweat & Chill, and I absolutely loved it! From the moment I arrived, Chelle made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She was friendly, professional, and guided me through the experience, making it both relaxing and enjoyable. The sauna and ice bath combination was incredible. Saranne is a wonderful therapist and electrolysist, I’d had electrolysis with multiple different people over the years and her results are second to none. As a trans woman, getting facial hair removed has been a long and difficult process but she has made me feel nothing but welcome and celebrated every step of the way.

Excellent! What an experience. I totally loved the leg compression therapy - I felt great when I walked out. As for the Non-invasive face lift my skin felt silky smooth and fine wrinkles look lighter. Can't wait to see how my skin looks in a few days time.

I had a great experience with Henry, was known he is chiro and physio as well. Henry was very professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the session. Unbelievable I notice my tendinitis has a big improvement after the laser treatment. Can’t wait my next laser treatment, just want to get rid off of pain. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience here. What I liked most was the firm pressure during the massage. I often struggle to find places where the therapists can provide genuinely deep, hard pressure, but this was exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend Ness she was my therapist and did an amazing job. Professional, attentive, and excellent at deep tissue massage. I'll definitely be coming back!

I’ve had many massages over the years, and Michelle is by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. I’ve never felt such a sense of calm and relief after a massage. The room is incredibly peaceful, and every detail is perfection, from the hot towels and beautiful oils to the soothing music. The whole experience feels like a warm hug. I highly recommend the 90minute full body massage; it is absolute perfection. Thanks so much, Michelle! :)

Kate is fantastic. I have been going to her for years. It took me quite sometime to find the right massage therapist. She is very good at regulating pressure and working on problem areas without pain. She checks in to see if the pressure is ok and always asks what areas you would like her to focus on. I always feel so much better after having a treatment.

Absolutely the best massage I’ve ever had! The therapist was incredibly skilled and really understood where my body needed attention. I booked a tension massage and it was amazing. The therapist was able to roll out my knots around the shoulder and neck with the right amount of pressure, finishing off with a head massage 👍🏼

I have scoliosis and kyphosis and have tried physio, acupuncture and chiropractic treatment. Jenny's treatments is the only one that has given me pain relief. Jenny is very caring and nurturing. After each treatment i feel lighter and pain reduction is a blessing. Highly recommend
