I decided to go with the silver package head spa, which included an arm and hand massage. The treatment was lovely and very relaxing. Jemma was really nice, the room was comfortable and easy to find. Would definitely recommend.

I had a lovely aromatherapy massage in Calm today, being 37 weeks pregnant it was exactly what I needed and transported me to dreamy relaxing place for 45 mins. Shai was really accommodating and welcoming. The space was really lovely and relaxing and felt very private. I will absolutely be returning and recommending to my friends.

We attended for a 55 minute couples massage with Faith and Abbie, and it was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, they made us feel so relaxed and comfortable. The massages were exactly what we both needed, and we left feeling refreshed and de-stressed. Faith and Abbie were both professional, friendly, and excellent at what they do. They really know all the right spots to target tension and made us feel completely at ease. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We'll definitely be back again and would highly recommend!

Easily the best Sports Massage I have had in 20 years. I was able to discuss accumulated injuries and problems from 45 years of football and running and Kerry was able to suggest and plan appropriate treatment. Highly recommended.

Wow! Just floating around after my pregnancy massage with Emma, which was truly dreamy! Her room was serene and cool (currently a heatwave), and I’m pretty sure I nodded off a couple of times! I booked to mark the start of my maternity leave (35 weeks pregnant) but I WISH I’d booked sooner so I could have got more massages in, particularly with a mentally draining (but seated) job, a 4 year old and just general life! One of the best massages I have ever had. I initially booked to try the Myofascial massage as I keep reading about tight Fascia and despite having a lot of massages had never tried it. However having talked through my issues with Tracy she did an amazing combination of myofascial, traditional massage and hot stones which really got into all my knots and tightness. She even talked through some of the stress I'm dealing with at work at the same time - felt like therapy and a massage in one! Would definitely recommend.

Tracy was fantastic. She did my back massage and facial, and you can really tell she’s very experienced. The whole treatment was incredibly relaxing and I left feeling completely refreshed. I’d definitely recommend her and will be booking with her again. 😊
