I had the best experience from my first visit!. Would recommend the back, neck and shoulder massage to anyone wanting to unwind. The room was beautiful and relaxing and the service was 10/10. Will definitely be back to try the other wonderful treatments available 🥰

So happy with my Korean lash lift/hybrid brows. You can tell that Fern is being so meticulous with every step of the process. to get the best possible outcome. It is also surprisingly relaxing. Genuinely delighted with the end result.

Decided to try a full body Swedish massage as I get my brows done here and was impressed by the prices. I hold a lot of tension in my body and can sometimes struggle to get any relief after a massage. Today's massage was excellent - the pressure was just right and I could feel the tension leaving my body during the massage. Feel very lucky this salon is on my doorstep. Would definitely recommend people trying out the treatments.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly can’t recommend Identity highly enough! I’ve been coming here for the last six years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The salon has such a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere, and everyone always makes you feel so welcome. Joanna is absolutely amazing. She’s so welcoming, kind, friendly and accommodating, and always does the most incredible job of my eyebrows. I always leave feeling more confident, happier and a little bit more pretty! 💕 She really is the best at what she does.
