Everyone at The Wax Room is amazing. Super friendly staff, fabulous treatments and no request is ever too much. Kates an expert waxer who puts you at ease instantly! Harriets nail magic is awesome and her nail art is fabulous! Charlotte also works wonders! Thank you all!! x

2nd time, different services. This time a 45mn back, shoulder and neck massage. I actually fell asleep and woke up brand new 🫶🏼🫶🏼 Also a brow wax, which is not easy with my uneven hairy browns and she nailed it. Thank you and see you again in two weeks ❤️❤️

Ive been going to Charley to have lash extensions for the past few months and she always does a brilliant job and knows exactly what I want 😁 today I had the most amazing dermaplane facial and my skin looks and feels amazing…. 100/10 all day long! Xxx

A friend recommended Helen for a tattoo on my wedding ring finger as I cannot wear them in the heat. Had an idea of what I wanted then found something different while I was there 🥰 lovely set up, lovely lady & would highly recommend booking your next appointment with Helen! I had my first facial with a back, neck, and shoulder massage today, and it was such an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. Charley didn’t disappoint and, as always, made sure she took every step she could to make the experience relaxing. The back, neck, and shoulder massage was exactly what I needed. Charley quickly identified tension areas and got to work on them. She was attentive, professional, and so thoughtful throughout the entire appointment, checking in just enough to make sure I was comfortable while still allowing me to fully unwind. ❤️

Helen is so lovely and welcoming, Today was the first time i had seen her new beauty room, absolutely lush. Helen explained what the plan was, and prepped my arm for fine line tattoo. We had a great chat whilst she was Tattooing, and it was over and done with so quickly, came home with a lovely aftercare kit. 100% recommend Helen 👌

I booked a Swedish full body massage for my mother in-law last Wednesday as a birthday surprise and she absolutely loved it! And has not stopped talking about it since. She said it was the best massage she has ever received. It was very relaxing and soothing. She couldn’t stop complimenting Charley, who was very gentle and kind and treated her with so much care. Thank you again for making her experience feel so special and we would definitely be booking again in the future. 💗
