I have had several treatments by Kim and I can honestly say I always feel in safe hands. I was nervous about having microneedling and I have to admit the treatment was a little uncomfortable at first but Kim gave a thorough consultation beforehand and talked me through each step during the process. It took several days for the redness to calm down but the difference to my skin is phenomenal! I wasn’t sure if I would continue having microneedling after my 6 treatments but I am 100% hooked on the results! Trust the process Kim told me and she was not wrong. Thanks Kim. Clare x

Had my first glass skin facial with Jade today and I’m so happy with the results! She was so lovely from the moment I arrived and made me feel really comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole appointment. My skin already looks so fresh and glowy. I recently had a microneedling treatment and I’m now post treatment day 4. The procedure itself was straightforward — slightly uncomfortable in places, but manageable. Kim was professional, explained each step clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. After the session, my skin was quite red for about 24–48 hours, similar to a mild sunburn, but Kim reassured me that I wouldn’t look like a tomato forever (just for about 24 hours... and she was right). Already my skin looks fresher, smoother, and like I might actually know what “eight hours of sleep” feels like. 10/10 recommend!

I recently had a treatment and a follow up review with Kim and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Kim always makes me feel completely comfortable and at ease. The best experience ever! I was so so very nervous when I arrived. Kim was amazing at putting me at ease for my first ever dermal filler treatment. She listened to my concerns and talked me through every step of the process. Kim stopped regularly to show me the results of the filler throughout my treatment and completely tailored the experience to my needs to achieve the results I was looking for. Definitely my go-to for all treatments! I highly recommend Kim and Medispa as it’s always such a great experience in a clean, attractive and relaxed space. There’s plenty of treatments to choose from and they’re always explained fully along with any of Kim’s recommendations plus the prices are really reasonable. If you’re nervous or a first timer then Kim will put you at ease! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
