I had my first Botox appointment with Hannah today, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m absolutely terrified of needles, but Hannah was so gentle, patient, and reassuring from start to finish. She made me feel completely at ease and took the time to explain everything, which really helped calm my nerves!! The treatment itself was much easier than I expected thanks to her expertise and caring approach. If you’re feeling nervous about Botox or needles in general, I highly recommend Hannah. She was incredible, and I’m so glad I chose her 🤍

"I cannot recommend Jen enough! I was quite nervous about getting Botox/ and filler, but she took her time during the consultation to answer all my questions and explain the anatomy. Her technique is incredibly gentle, and the results are beautifully subtle and natural it's recommended to wait till your top up to see the best result as I did. Her clinic is immaculately clean and professional. If you want someone who prioritises safety and natural enhancement, she is the absolute best!" I was originally nervous about having Botox and recently moved to Flawless Aesthetics. Hannah put me at ease straight away after not feeling 100% satisfied with this treatment at another company. Sam was brilliant from start to finish. She made me feel completely at ease, especially as I was quite nervous before my treatment. She was warm, professional, and reassuring throughout. The whole experience was far more comfortable than I’d expected, with much less pain and discomfort than I’d anticipated. It genuinely surpassed my expectations. Jen is always fantastic, she’s so easy to talk to and we always have a laugh! The best part is she is very informative and talks you through what she is doing and why. Me and my cousin see Jen frequently and are so happy with the results

Outstanding service and treatments. The best hot stone massage I've had. Leg and foot massage was heavenly. I recommend 100% - relaxed and recharged. Can't wait for my next appointment ☺️
