The whole experience was professional, relaxing, and reassuring from start to finish. I recently had microneedling with PRP, and every step of the treatment was explained clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence. You can tell that genuine care and attention goes into every treatment, and nothing ever feels rushed. What really stands out is the lovely energy and atmosphere. Had such a lovely experience! The staff were amazing, friendly and so helpful. My daughter had her hair cut, blow-dried and styled, and she absolutely loved it! I also had a full-face wax, and I was really pleased with the results. Great service from start to finish — would definitely recommend! 💕
