Gaston and the reception team provided a warm welcome, and got to it quickly without rushing me at the same time. Everyone else and the atmosphere in there was welcoming. Would recommend for anyone going for their first or second tattoo.

Another day at Redemption Studios and another day where I have felt totally at ease from the reception staff which was more than important as I completed my full sleeve with an eye around the bicep area and whilst it was quite painful Simone was very receptive to taking breaks at the right time , the reception staff were very attentive get coffees and a fan which made the difference The end result was really worth the discomfort and I’m more than pleased with the result thanks again everyone and I’ll see you all again March 2027 for my right arm outer sleeve

Morning guys, just wanted to say a massive thank you to you and the whole team. From the lovely lady I first met at my consultation, to the ladies on the desk yesterday, everyone has been absolutely brilliant and made the whole experience spot on. And a massive thank you to Alek — wow, this guy has got some serious talent! I'm absolutely over the moon with my calf piece. The detail in the gorilla's head and face, the mouth and teeth, the 3D effect on the fists, the lightning... everything has come out even better than I imagined. Nearly 8 hours in the chair and definitely painful at times 😂
