I was offered refreshments upon arrival, my lash tech was very gentle with me and would check if I’m okay during my appointment also. I asked for the natural mascara look and they turned out exactly how I wanted them to—very happy

Charlie is an absolute angel! She is incredible at her job and the transformation in my lashes and brows exceeded all expectations. She made me feel at ease from the second I walked into the salon, and when I walked out I felt like I’d had a therapy session as well as the beauty treatment I went in for! Couldn’t recommend enough! There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. They are different from other hair salons that have a one nail table and few colors ..so I recommend to anyone local customer around this shop also I come from city centre Birmingham it was 3 mailege but it's worth

I had such a great first time experience with this lash tech today. She is a lovely lady, and made me feel very comfortable. The lashes she did were beautiful, and I'm super happy with them! I was surprised how quick she had done them, considering the lashes were top tier quality! She also gave me great advice on how to look after my lashes to keep them lasting longer. Which no other tech has done for me before! She sure went above and beyond and I will 100% be a returning customer :) thank you again!

Fazia was an absolute star, From start to finish, she was so professional, friendly and made me feel completely comfortable. I absolutely love my lash lift the results are beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for. You can really tell she takes pride in her work and pays attention to every little detail. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back for more treatments. This is definitely going to be my new beauty spot, and I honestly don’t think I’ll ever change it.
