Amazing as always! Katharine is the BEST massage therapist I have ever had. She’s been helping me for several months now with my structural issues and trigger point flair ups. I’m better than day 1 but it’s a work in progress and she has been more help to me than all the physical therapy and accupuncture I have tried. I highly highly recommend her!!

Tiffany is the best I’ve found for deep tissue massage and releasing the tension in my muscles. Since being in a car accident almost two years ago, I’ve been to three chiropractors, physical therapy, and another massage therapist, and I’ve had dry needling and trigger point therapy many times. Some of these practitioners helped my muscle tension, but the relief was short term, and I didn’t feel like I was making a lot of progress overall. After the first visit with Tiffany, I could feel a difference, and I have been improving with each visit.

I cannot recommend Craig highly enough. After developing knee pain while running, I sought his help and was impressed by his thorough, professional and knowledgeable approach. Rather than simply treating symptoms, Craig took the time to carry out a detailed assessment, identifying the root cause of the problem as IT band syndrome. His clinic treatment, clear home rehab plan and targeted hip/glute strengthening, mobility and stretching work made a huge difference to my rehabilitation. With his guidance and structured running plan, I completed the Manchester Half last weekend injury free.

Sehr gute Erfahrung. Lars ist ein einfühlsamer Therapeut der sein Handwerk beherrscht. Schon bei der ersten Behandlung hat er sehr viele Schmerzpunkte gefunden, die teilweise zwar sehr weh Taten, aber nach der Behandlung ging es mir wesentlich besser. I’m currently seeing Ben for rehab after tearing my calf muscle. After 10 days I’m really pleased with the improvement and the progress that’s being made. A combination of hands-on therapy and clear guidance regarding which exercises to do is working well.

From the moment I walked in I could feel myself relaxing and having a beautiful space to leave all my stresses and worries on the other side of the door. Gail took time to understand what I needed from my treatment and understanding me, my life and chaos! The treatment itself was fabulous. Gail continued to take time with each step, talked about what was coming next and why, and the Temple Spa products smelt and felt devine. Gail herself is trained in talking therapy so you get that added bonus if you want. Gail you are a beautiful soul and a fabulous therapist. Can't wait for my treatment 💞

Highly recommend Ken to anyone needing physical therapy. He's knowledgeable, patients and truly care for his patients. I was having weak bones and knee issues that was severely impacting my daily life. Thanks to Ken within my 3rd visit and with Ken's expert, guidance, hands on therapy and tailored home exercises, I am now pain-free on my knees have improved signifcantly and able to climb the staircase without any issues. Katya is a wonderful massage therapist! This was my first experience with Bowen therapy, and I was pleasantly surprised by how relaxed I felt afterwards. It was such a calming experience, and I could really feel some of the built-up tension and stress in my body starting to release.

I have some on-going issues that Sarah always works with, and around, to help me feel my best at the end of every session. Great red light therapy bed provided, that is quite powerful. Space is clean and comfortable. Owner is friendly and approachable. Heard that he is looking at getting a timer that would help with knowing when to switch over, which will be helpful but I just use my phone timer in the meantime.
