Ambar is absolutely amazing! She is professional, attentive, and very receptive to requests. Her pressure was perfect, and she was incredibly accommodating to ensure the massage was exactly what I needed. She is also very easy to talk to, making the entire experience relaxing and comfortable. My husband, who is very particular about massages, finally said he found someone who was good. My massage with Ambar was just as wonderful. Her pressure was perfect, her technique was calming and effective, and I left feeling super relaxed. I would 100% recommend Ambar!! Book with her!

What a fantastic and relaxing experience with Veejay. He was prompt and had excellent communication. He took the time to discuss the treatments available and to understand my preferences. The massage itself was wonderful, leaving me relaxed and rejuvenated. It never felt rushed or that the was clock-watching. Overall one of the best massages I have had in Cape Town. I can definitely recommend.

What a wonderful therapist. Maddie has a lovely, calm demeanour and put me at ease as soon as I arrived for my massage. There were a number of different oils to choose from depending on whether I wanted to be relaxed or more uplifted. Maddie checked the pressure was ok & was able to tailor the massage to exactly what I wanted. I had an hour long treatment which was absolutely perfect to relax and unwind. The Dutch Barn is a lovely setting, her therapy room is very calming and smells great. Would absolutely recommend visiting if you are in need of a pampering or relaxing hour of just you time.

I had such a relaxing massage with Kii. She has incredibly firm, skilled hands and gave one of the best lymphatic facial massages I’ve ever had. It was so soothing that I kept drifting off to sleep throughout the treatment, which almost never happens to me! She was gentle, professional, and made the whole experience feel so calming. Honestly one of the best home massage experiences I’ve ever had. I had an amazing experience with Devrim. She is incredibly professional, skilled, and attentive to every detail. The best lymphatic massage I've ever had! I've had so many massages over the years, but this was by far the most relaxing experience I've ever had. It was actually the first time I've ever fallen asleep during a massage! Talia is so professional, caring and understanding, and she made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. The before and after photos were incredible, I could genuinely see a noticeable difference in my stomach. I left feeling so relaxed, refreshed and light. Me and my mum absolutely loved the Mother’s Day yoga class with lydia, it was so relaxing and we both felt amazing afterwards. Lydia is the best yoga instructor! My mum also had a massage after with Sophie which was wonderful, she felt so comfortable and relaxed. Would 100% recommend wellnest to everyone for either yoga classes or massages!

Paige gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She used techniques I had never experienced before, and they made the entire session feel incredibly unique and intentional. From the first touch, I felt deeply relaxed, and by the end I was in a state lile flowing. It was, without a doubt, the most relaxing massage I’ve ever received. Paige is truly gifted, and I can’t recommend her enough.

What an incredible experience! Elle was so knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly passionate about what she does. The massage was firm yet deeply relaxing, you can literally feel the tension melting away. It was my first time having a lymphatic massage, and I left feeling both relaxed and noticeably lighter. 100% would recommend, one of my favourite massages I’ve ever had!

Claire was amazing - it was exactly what my nervous system needed. Typically I go for super hard 60 minute massages; but today was firm, relaxing and what I needed. The massage was comforting and put me into a very relaxed state before a facial and the scalp service. I loved the smell and feel of the peppermint shampoo so much I purchased a bottle on my way out! If your body is asking for a break treat yourself and let yourself enjoy the calm & being taken care of for a few hours 🩵

I usually have regular massages at a salon, but I came across YourSource through a flyer that immediately caught my eye - it looked so tranquil and inviting so decided to book in, best decision I made! Jos is so warm and friendly, and instantly made me feel at ease. The room was instantly transformed into a peaceful space, and the 60-minute Source Flow Massage was incredible—perfect pressure and completely relaxing. I also loved being able to stay in that relaxed state at home afterwards. I’m totally converted to home massages now and have already rebooked. Jos is amazing—highly recommend!

Luz gave me an absolutely amazing deep-tissue massage. The outdoor setting made it even more special—the warm air and breeze were incredibly refreshing and relaxing. I actually fell asleep at one point, which says a lot considering it was a deep-tissue massage! Deep tissue massages can be hit or miss, but Luz truly knows what she’s doing. She applied the perfect amount of pressure, worked through my tension thoroughly, and made the entire experience feel restorative. I left feeling wonderful, relaxed, and so much better. Highly recommend Luz!

I recently had my 2nd massage at Essence of Eden and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming and relaxing. I had an excellent full-body massage today and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Emily was professional, attentive and made sure the pressure was exactly right. The massage had a lovely flow, balancing relaxation with working out areas of tension. The premises were spotlessly clean, comfortable and welcoming, with a very pleasant and relaxing ambience. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed and so much looser. It was clear that real care and skill went into the whole experience. Highly recommended — one of the best massages I’ve had!

I had the pregnancy massage with Sandra and it was exactly what I needed. Came out feeling better than I have in months and Sandra kept me relaxed and calm and kept me informed what she was doing and created a lovely relaxing atmosphere in her home. Highly recommend, I had an amazing experience. The massage and facial were so relaxing from start to finish. Every step felt intentional and had a purpose, with a real focus on the areas that needed the most attention. The salon itself is beautiful, adding to the relaxation, I felt extremely comfortable within the soft blankets. Anna is an amazing therapist and it’s evident she loves what she does. Sandy has been working on my worn body for three sessions now and I have more movement and a more relaxed nervous system, i am able to relax my body instead of being tense all the time. My daily pain is getting less,it's great to feel progress. Sandy is most outstanding in her field, with knowledge and skills to apply what she knows, to heal our assorted conditions. You wont find a better therapist in auckland. Let her make you better. I recommend having a relaxation massage after a special treatment, and Liz is my choice for relaxation.
