Been to a few physios in the past and Jack is one of the best by far, give me some exercises to do at gym which have really helped my shoulder and lower back pain, couldn’t recommend enough 👍👍

Fantastic service. Jack was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything clearly so I understood the issues I was experiencing. I went in for diagnosis of a shoulder injury. We did some initial movement to identify the issue followed by a massage of the area. Have come away knowing the potential reasons behind the injury and some exercise and stretches to help prevent. Great experience and will definitely be back.
