Amazing experience, Tracy explained everything thoroughly before the treatment began so there were no surprises and I knew exactly what would happened and when I may want to ask for adjustments (pressure/temperature). Hair and scalp feel amazing and was lovely to get a blow dry at the end

You can really tell that great care and attention is put into every detail. I left feeling very relaxed and already looking forward to my next appointment.
