From the moment I walk in, she creates such a friendly and professional atmosphere, making every appointment a lovely experience. Her attention to detail and genuine care are second to none, and she always takes the time to ensure my haircut is exactly how I want it. I leave every visit feeling confident, refreshed and so happy with the results. I couldn’t recommend Charlotte highly enough!
