Had my first remedial 💆♀️ with Fiona. She knows all the trigger points, was aware of how tight and sore i was but was great at communicating with me and listening to my body. Was bloody sore tbh but no pain, no gain but it's my own fault for neglecting my body for so long. Recommend her highly and will go at least once on future R & Rs.

Five stars for Fiona! She is an absolute professional and an incredible sports massage therapist. Fiona knows exactly which muscle groups to target to improve mobility and reduce recovery time. You come out of the session feeling completely released, fixed and ready for your next workout. Highly recommended her for any athlete or fitness enthusiasts!

I highly recommend Fiona, she was very professional and knowledgeable in what she does. Working out all the tight muscles has helped me feel great again.
