I was really happy with my lashes and wax, both done professionally. But the experience soured when I was twice asked to move my Fresha booking, only to arrive earlier and find out I was their last client of the day. It felt like they just wanted to go home. The wax covering was awkward and added costs like makeup removal and card fees felt excessive. Worst was being told weekends are for “working clients.” I work four jobs and study full-time—I am a working client. Great service, but the lack of respect and sneaky charges made me reconsider returning.

Good service, clean and peaceful environment. The nail tech (Florence), was so professional and kind, she sanitizedevery tool after every use whi h made me feel at ease. The staff overall is is friendly, I will definitely return.

Gosh Beauty presents the Girlhood all girls need. The customer service, yapping and quality of work is unmatched. I always look forward to my monthly maintenence appointments with Florence for wax and Telvina for lashes.
