Vlad was great, knowledgeable and professional. Performed expert extraction. However, the treatment I paid for was for 2 hours and the appointment was only 90 mins, so felt a little cheated. The music in the room was very loud and repetitive, not relaxing at all - Vlad could not control this and she did apologise.
