Fantastic. Joyce is so lovely. I've not had many good experiences with hair appointments before, and thought I'd try somewhere new. Joyce made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She listened to everything I wanted , explained and talked me through everything she was doing , as she was doing it, and showed me how to use the products I needed etc.. I went in feeling nervous and left feeling really happy and confident. I wont be going anywhere else from now on.

I took my 4 year old here for her first haircut and everything was great! Joyce was really friendly and calm and had my daughter talking and smiling from the start. Also, she had loads of knowledge and tips on children's hair. Thank you.
