Alena has perfected the art of Shiatsu massage (Japanese massage technique) for six years. She offers personalised care that ensures you leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Each session is tailored to address your body's unique needs, providing a holistic wellness experience.

Appointments are available on Wednesdays and every Second Saturday, with each session lasting 90 minutes at $175.

Due to high demand, bookings are essential. Secure your spot now to indulge in pure tranquillity and revitalisation.

Please note the following:
-  Shiatsu is best done on an empty stomach, light snacks only before treatment. 
-  You will remain clothed during the session, please wear some comfortable clothing.
