For those seeking a thorough release of tension in a full body or focused treatment, ideal for addressing deep-rooted stress in just 90 minutes.

For those seeking a thorough and rejuvenating experience, choose this 105-minute session for deeper muscle tension relief and a focused treatment on areas of stress.

The Lymph detox treatment accelerates your lymphatic system’s natural cleansing and healing ability by removing toxins, metabolic wastes and excess fluid from your body.

We use a combination of myofascial tissue mobilisation and rhythmic pumping to drain and refine your shape. Leave feeling lighter, clear minded and energised.

To enhance the body’s healing process, we add a little extra oomph to your treatment with a 20 minute red light therapy* pad on your stomach. Our LED body panel has both red and infrared diodes at wavelengths of 660nm & 850nm. Extremely powerful with an irradiance of 120 mW/c㎡, this LED works by strengthening the mitochondria, generating energy in our cells to promote collagen production and healing of the body while simultaneously reducing inflammation.

Full Body 90’

The abdominal scar release technique is specifically designed to help those with adhesive tissue or scar tissue in the abdominal region. This may be women who have birthed via c-section, experienced a hysterectomy or for men and women who have had surgeries (organ removals, keyhole surgery, cancers).

This treatment is also extremely supportive of posture correction for anyone who finds themselves closed off in their front body due to work or weekly movement diet. To release the abdomen is to give space back to the stomach, allowing the shoulders to sit back and open up. 

In an abdominal scar release session, we assess and treat adhesion around scars, the abdominal wall, the diaphragm, and the ribs. We also assess and treat any associated areas, such as back, hips and neck.

Pending on your therapist, they will use a combination of massage, cupping or dry needling.

Treatment only available 8 weeks post surgery or with permission from doctor.
