I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE. Choosing Elixir Skyn for the past 7 months has been the best decision I’ve ever made for my kitty. 10/10 experience every single time. The environment is relaxing, Phylicia has an amazing spirit, and she doesn’t hold grudges lol (I shaved in between my wax one time, and trust me, I won’t do it again).

Phylicia is very attentive, informative, and professional. The environment is clean, relaxing, and inviting, and the conversation flows naturally. I barely felt anything during my Brazilian wax because she kept me engaged and distracted with great conversation! She was also very gentle, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire service. I’m very pleased with my experience and will definitely be returning. The knowledge & friendliness of Felicia. Her calming voice made my 1st time experience awesome. I came there with fear because of some horror stories that I heard (not about her or the place). I had a wonderful experience with my Brazilian wax service today. The environment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Phylicia was professional, friendly, and very gentle throughout the entire service, which made the experience as comfortable as possible. I also really appreciated the cute and thoughtful aftercare kit, it was such a nice personal touch and showed how much she cares about her clients beyond the appointment itself. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
