    No Retinol/Acids for 7days before/after
    No Sun Exposure for 14days before until healed
    No heat treatments or exercise for 7days
    No exfoliating or makeup until healed
    No aspirin, ibuprofen or NSAIDS 7days

Peeling generally lasts a few days but can take as long as 14days, depending on skin type
