I've found that the understanding of luxury leans more toward the cost of services, rather than the quality of products used, esthetics of the business itself and amenities offered. There needs to be an appreciation of customers. Appreciation is not found in just purchasing a service, but also in the way the service is rendered. Beauty services that charge high end prices should offer amenities that match the price of services. Beverages like coffee and tea with dairy free and caffeine free options and nice healthy snacks and comfortable, ergonomic chairs. Don't take customers for granted!
