Would score 20/10 if I could, Andrew was lovely, put me at ease straight away, explained everything that was going to happen - and the head spa so relaxing and lush! I’m already planning my next visit!

My wife loved her surprise gift of a Classic Head Spa. She said Andrew was excellent, loved the experience and wishes she could have that sort of service every week! - My mistake for not knowing about the blow-dry, apparently a wet head is not ideal for the rest of the day. Andrew sorted her out though, thank you so much.

Andrew was fab! I booked the gentleman’s head spa as a gift for a family member, he made them feel so comfortable and relaxed. Would 100% recommend!
