Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary therapy. It is the physical act of applying moderate pressure to the feet and hands with precise thumb and finger techniques. It is based on the theory that specific zones and reflex areas of the feet and hands correspond with different areas of the body and by applying moderate pressure to these areas can have a profound effect on helping the body to restore it's natural balance.

 Reflexology

The word Reiki is made up of 2 Japanese words, Rei which means 'Wisdom of God' or 'the highest power' and ki which means 'life force energy' so Reiki is actually 'Spiritually guided life force energy. Reiki is a safe and gentle non intrusive healing technique. it is administered by 'laying on hands'. Reiki is based on the theory that an unseen life force energy flows through us, if ones life force energy becomes depleted then we are more likely to get sick or feel stressed and if it is high we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki is a system that balances, heals and harmonises all aspects of the person, mind, body and spirit and is effective in encouraging personal development and spiritual awareness.

Angelic Reiki differs from traditional Reiki in that Angelic energy comes through and embodies both the practitioner and the receiver of Reiki.
