Brilliant as always. Decided to go abit darker this time and Charlotte tells you clearly what can/ cant be done or how it could effect your hair. So helpful, great guidance and sorry for changing my mind again🫣 But I LOVE IT!!! Your amazing! And thank you to the other ladies that did my hair wash/ toner and hair cut/ style your all amazing at what you do and I look forward to my appointments as it's abit of me time and I can relax😇
