I always enjoy my colour with Christopher and cut with Ross. My overall experience was really marred by rude behaviour from other customers. Using a speaker to talk on their mobile and watch reels on a speaker is very intrusive for other customers. You need to have a policy in place to ask customers to refrain from using their mobiles unless they have earpieces.
