The consultation was handed over to Dawa so that a more experienced stylist could assess your hair and provide professional advice on the foils and toner service. However, we acknowledge that the expected cost should have been clearly explained and confirmed with you before the service proceeded. We understand how uncomfortable it can feel to receive a final bill that is higher than expected, and we apologise for the lack of clear communication.

We also sincerely apologise for the coffee cups and rubbish being left at the station. This is not the presentation or level of care we expect in our salon.
Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. We have addressed both the consultation/pricing process and workstation standards with our team so we can provide a better and more transparent experience going forward.
