Ella has been fantastic with our kids each time we have seen her. She goes above and beyond to ensure the kids are comfortable and that we are 100% satisfied with what she has completed. Ella was even able to squeeze us in for a quick bang cut which happened to also be a first haircut during a very busy time also going above and beyond to provide us with the certificate. Such an amazing experience. Highly recommend.

We always have an excellent experience visiting Hair Tropics and having Ella cut our daughter’s hair. Ella always provides such a warm and welcoming atmosphere and is great with our bouncy kiddo.
