It's a very classy place with great vibes. Julie was extremely professional and efficient, the place smells wonderful, and the staff is very polite.

Before massage I explained I had terrible knots in my shoulders and she said she would hurt me so good. She never used ANY pressure on those areas, or any areas and we paid for a DEEP TISSUE massage. No massage is 'bad' but I was disappointed.

One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Julie is exceptionally skillful and really helped me deal with an ongoing problem. I highly recommend her and Zen.
