This can not be scheduled alone, we must dry and style the hair to ensure customer satisfaction. 
Toners achieve the "inspiration" looks you are desiring, help remove unwanted or wanted yellow and warm tones, change of season creations, and create fun fashion like tones on prelightened hair.
