The experience was new and maybe what I wasn’t expecting but the whole process was nice and relaxing, if they could change a bit on the reception, offer complimentary drink or welcoming drink , snacks or even water for customers. Overall 7/10

The staff are exceptionally professional and gentle. My brother and I have received facial treatments here on multiple occasions, and the experience has consistently been outstanding. Highly recommend. Kholeka biyani you are the best. Thank you
