Lou's setup offers a unique combination of sauna and ice bath experiences that clients rave about. Love Kure Sauna & Ice Bath! It is incredibly well set up and spotless. 
Lou was fantastic—she even shared some helpful breathing techniques to use during the ice bath, which made the experience so much better. 
I highly recommend it and can definitely see myself becoming a regular!
