Deep Tissue Massage is a firm, hands-on treatment designed to ease general muscle tension and support overall physical wellbeing. Using slow, controlled techniques — including trigger point work — I work into deeper layers of muscle to release tightness and restore ease of movement where your body needs it most.

This approach is thorough, grounding, and tailored to how your body presents on the day. Pressure is always adapted to you, but this is still a firm massage, just without the intensity or corrective focus of a sports massage. The aim is effective relief while allowing you to leave feeling settled, lighter, and restored.

How it differs from Sports Massage
- Less targeted and corrective than sports massage
- Focuses on general tension rather than specific injuries or movement issues
- Firm and effective, but more flow-based and restorative in feel

Deep Tissue Massage

Treatment areas are prioritised based on the time booked and your main areas of concern.

Sports Massage is a hands-on treatment using firm, targeted techniques to reduce muscle tightness, improve mobility, and support recovery. It’s not just for athletes, this treatment is ideal for anyone experiencing persistent muscle tension, restricted movement, or physical stress from daily life, whatever your lifestyle.

My approach is deep, precise, and purposeful. I work firmly into specific problem areas to break down tension and restore movement. Pressure is always tailored to your comfort, but this isn’t a light or fluffy massage.

If you’re dealing with niggles, stiffness, or want results over pure relaxation, this is the treatment for you.

Sports Massage

Manual therapy is designed for clients who want more than short-term relief. These sessions focus on helping you understand what else may be contributing to your symptoms, so you can feel better for longer,  not just on the day of treatment.

Treatment always begins with the area of pain or discomfort, before expanding to address other regions of the body that may be influencing how that area is loading or moving. This whole-body approach allows treatment to be more effective and longer-lasting than massage alone.

Sessions are structured yet hands-on, combining manual techniques with assessment to guide the treatment plan. Your first appointment will include a consultation, postural assessment, and any relevant movement or muscle tests to help identify contributing factors and tailor your treatment accordingly.

(This treatment sits between massage and physio, offering a more in-depth, clinical approach without being medical or exercise-based)

Manual Therapy

A focused session for 1–2 key areas, ideal for checking progress and continuing treatment from a previous appointment.

45 min - Follow Up ONLY

A comprehensive session including postural assessment, movement checks, and hands-on treatment. Perfect as a first appointment or for ongoing clients with more than one area of concern.

60 min - Initial or Follow-up

An in depth assessment and full treatment, allowing time to address multiple areas or more complex postural patterns. Best for clients wanting a thorough approach or a full-body reset.

90 min - Initial or Follow-up

Curious about red light therapy and how it could support your recovery, energy, and overall wellbeing? This short discovery session is a chance to experience the treatment for yourself before committing to full sessions or packages.

Using a large full-body Red & Near-Infrared LED panel, the treatment works at a cellular level to support muscle recovery, ease joint and tissue tension, calm inflammation, and promote skin and tissue health.

This session is intentionally brief and accessible, a try-before-you-commit experience designed to help you decide if red light therapy feels right for your body. If you enjoy it, we can explore session options or packages together with no pressure to continue.
