Full body shiatsu massage ~ 
Shiatsu is a Japanese bodywork practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, working with the body's vital energy - qi - through sustained finger, thumb and palm pressure applied along the body's meridian pathways. Where acupuncture uses needles to move stagnation, shiatsu uses the practitioner's hands to release blocked energy, restore flow, and return the body to balance. It is deeply meditative to receive, asking nothing of the client but surrender.
Benefits span body and mind - relieving muscular tension, easing joint stiffness, improving sleep and digestion, and calming an overworked nervous system. On an emotional level, it has a quiet but powerful capacity to release what the body has been holding long after the mind has moved on. Clients often leave with a sense of deep stillness and unexpected clarity. Note this is a clothed practice. First session is 90 mins, future sessions will be 75 mins.
