May was so informative throughout the whole processes, double checking I was happy with the length being taken off my hair, consulting me about every step she was taking, and offered advice throughout the haircut. Would 10/10 recommend. May was lovely, polite, and welcoming. Would definitely book again - thank you May ❤️
