Naåd is amazing! I have chronic tension in my neck since that is where I store my stress as well as in my arms from typing all day at my job. He has been instrumental in releasing those muscles; honestly, my neck has not been this loose in years.

I had a great experience with Naad Silvera. The massage was very professional and tailored to my needs. Naad has a skilled touch and was able to relieve a lot of tension.
