Absolutely excellent sports massage by Rene. I noticed an immediate improvement in the areas that were causing me discomfort after my first session and I’m confident that this will be continued after the second. Highly recommended

Rene was amazing! So welcoming, friendly and professional. Been to many previous sports masseuses and I have to say rene stood out. She really goes above and beyond to provide an excellent service. Her knowledge and expertise was outstanding. I can’t recommend Rene enough!!

Had a fabulous massage with Rene today! Very professional and easy to chat to and her wealth of knowledge and experience was very evident. At the end of my treatment Rene showed me certain exercises to do at home and help with the pain. Felt so much better when I left and will definitely be booking another appointment soon!
