The employee’s work was excellent, and I was very satisfied with the quality of her service. However, she did not seem happy or motivated to work, and unfortunately, this kind of energy can affect the customer’s mood and overall experience. I hope you will pay more attention to your employees’ well-being, morale, and satisfaction in the workplace, as their attitude and energy can have a direct impact on the customer experience.
