Met with Sam today for my very first electrolysis appointment. Sam took the time to walk me through the consultation, explaining the procedure clearly and making sure I understood what to expect and the likely outcomes. She was warm, professional and reassuring throughout the whole experience. I felt completely at ease and excited to continue my hair removal journey with her. Highly recommend!
